Short and honest. Here is what we collect, why, and what our tools record.

What you give us

If you text, call, or send us a message through this site, we get what you choose to tell us — your name, your number or email, and what you need. We ask for nothing beyond that.

What this website records automatically

• Analytics and session replay. We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the pages — clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement — and can replay an anonymized version of a visit so we can see where people get stuck. It also records your approximate region, browser, and device type.
• What it does not do. It masks text typed into form fields. We do not use it to read what you type or to identify you personally, and we never sell any of it.
• Cookies. Small files that let repeat visits be counted as one session. Block or delete them in your browser any time; the site still works.

Why

So we can answer you, and so we can tell which parts of the site are working and which are broken. That is the whole reason. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who sees it

Us, and the service providers named above that process it on our behalf. We will disclose information only if the law genuinely requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages stay as long as we may need them to serve you and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Analytics data expires on the provider's schedule, currently about a year.

Your choices

Ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — we will take care of it. You can also block cookies, use your browser's Do Not Track setting, or block scripts from clarity.ms to opt out of analytics entirely.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Tell us if you think we have, and we will delete it.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we do with your data.
